Chocolate may even be underlining something like that than the normal rest of the text will go back etc. So often what we need to see when it comes to the anchor text is to see a great amount of diversity and mostly you need to follow what’s common as the 80/20 rule that simply states 80 percent of your URLs are going to be what’s known as naked and I will get to explain that and the other will be anchored. So, naked basically means it is pointing to your website and its either going to be branded. For example, you would be known as Cadslist that’s the branding name. This is what is considered naked and that’s what anchor text is.

Vicinity

Let’s talk about one thing that’s pretty unique in SEO. Vicinity means you are within a neighborhood or realm a distance within another XYZ of a city, which means you are near to something. So again it’s just a distance between two objects A and B. 1: Fix broken links: you can do this using a tool called ‘Screaming Frog’. Basically, what it does is searching all your websites dealing with different links that are inbound and outbound, and the authority of those links titles that have any redirect issues, things missing in the site map, or anything that Google has but is currently showing you as a broken issue. It helps you solve any of the problems inside your articles and other pages on your website, even if they are linking to other pages that no longer exist. So these are major issues you can fix pretty quick and easily using such tools. 

2: Redirect Chain: suppose you have Page A that
forwards to Page B and then to Page C. The major problem comes up if Page B
doesn’t exist. So in such cases, you need to remove that link and redirect it accordingly. These links can be fixed inside the ht.access file and it looks like 301 redirects.

3: 302=>301: The difference between the two is that 302 is temporary, while 301 is permanent. So Google’s not going to push the SEO that’s build to these pages they have these 302’s, and is going to keep them in cases where they can eventually return as
working pages. So anything that you have as 302, change it in over two to three months, unless you’re actually going to fix those missing pages. If not then
again the real ones are the biggest thing that you can do for yourself. Now
outside of that the broken links redirect chains changes 302 into 301.
